Plates of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Türkiye, CIS, Europe, MENA and the USA with one engine. Square, two-line and dirty plates included.
PAG is an Azerbaijani automatic number plate recognition system (ANPR / LPR). Our in-house neural engine reads plates at steep angles, at night, in rain and against headlight glare — where ordinary recognition cameras deliver around 75%. Live on 40+ sites in Baku and across the country: airport, malls, hotels, hospitals, business centres and residential complexes.
Plates of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Türkiye, CIS, Europe, MENA and the USA with one engine. Square, two-line and dirty plates included.
No dedicated LPR camera required: the engine runs on ordinary IP cameras from Hikvision, Dahua, Axis and others over RTSP.
Plate recognised — barrier opens. Integration with barrier controllers, turnstiles, intercoms and access control via API and dry contacts.
Recognition runs locally on a mini-PC next to the barrier: the system keeps working without internet and data never leaves the site.
Every entry and exit with a photo, timestamp, lane and recognition confidence. Search by plate, export to Excel.
Residents, tenants, staff, VIP, wanted vehicles. Subscriptions and time-limited guest passes.
An IP camera at the entrance watches the lane. An already installed camera is fine.
The neural network finds the plate in the frame and reads it in a fraction of a second, country and format aware.
The barrier opens, a parking session starts, the event goes to the log and the mobile app.
…and more sites across the country. The list grows every month.
ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) and LPR (License Plate Recognition) mean reading vehicle plates automatically from camera video. PAG uses its own neural network trained on plates of Azerbaijan and 100+ other countries.
No. The PAG engine works with ordinary IP cameras over RTSP. We advise on camera angle and shutter settings for night footage.
Up to 99.6% on real sites in Baku versus ~75% market average, confirmed by entry logs on 40+ parking facilities.
Yes. The engine is trained on hard conditions: headlight glare, rain, snow, dirty and damaged plates, steep angles.
Yes — upload a vehicle photo on the ANPR test page and get the result online.
For parking facilities a zero-investment model is available: hardware and maintenance at our expense, paid back through a revenue share. For access control and residential complexes a fixed licence. Write to [email protected].
